Came in after Paintball Practice this past Sunday. I’m a little skeptical about the cryotherapy so decided to try out compression therapy on both my arms and legs. All I can say is wow, very nice relaxing atmosphere, and it felt like a thorough deep tissue massage. Left there feeling great, and I’ll back for the same thing and try the Cryo treatment as well. To top it off the staff are really very nice and accommodating!- O.P.

I love this place!!! Great service and I love all the different amenities they offer. I go after a workout to help my muscles recover, for my ankle that has caused me pain since I was a kid, new aches and pains, and sometimes just because it feels awesome to get in the sauna.
