MEND Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to MEND Health & Wellness, it’s reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $50
- NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a $50 charge.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. MEND Health & Wellness policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Came in after Paintball Practice this past Sunday. I’m a little skeptical about the cryotherapy so decided to try out compression therapy on both my arms and legs. All I can say is wow, very nice relaxing atmosphere, and it felt like a thorough deep tissue massage. Left there feeling great, and I’ll back for the same thing and try the Cryo treatment as well. To top it off the staff are really very nice and accommodating!- O.P.

One of the most friendly and professional places I have seen, Matt and his staff were so attentive to my issues. I have suffered from chronic spinal issues that has left me almost completely disabled, and one visit has shown me there are other options than pain pills and surgery. Absolutely loved this place. Everyone is very nice, and knowledgeable. It is very clean and has a spa like quality. Very convenient location with ample parking. I did the cryo and felt amazing afterwards. Looking forward to going back and trying the other amenities.- Jenna Spellman

I had a great experience being helped by Chris and Matt for some muscle pain I'd been having for weeks that would not go away. One trip into the full body cyrotherapy machine, followed up by a LED heating-pad type device to the muscle had me feeling better for the first time in weeks. From here I plan on buying a membership and coming in regularly because it was that good and helpful and something I want to do often. I will definitely be back. Thanks MEND!- Edward O'Hare
