MEND Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to MEND Health & Wellness, it’s reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $50
  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a $50 charge.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. MEND Health & Wellness policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.     I had a great experience being helped by Chris and Matt for some muscle pain I'd been having for weeks that would not go away. One trip into the full body cyrotherapy machine, followed up by a LED heating-pad type device to the muscle had me feeling better for the first time in weeks. From here I plan on buying a membership and coming in regularly because it was that good and helpful and something I want to do often. I will definitely be back. Thanks MEND!

    Came in after Paintball Practice this past Sunday. I’m a little skeptical about the cryotherapy so decided to try out compression therapy on both my arms and legs. All I can say is wow, very nice relaxing atmosphere, and it felt like a thorough deep tissue massage. Left there feeling great, and I’ll back for the same thing and try the Cryo treatment as well. To top it off the staff are really very nice and accommodating!

    Love this place. I head over for cryotherapy anytime I’m sore from exercising or have stiff joints. It has helped me recover from a shoulder injury as well. This week I was feeling a cold coming on so I went to their infrared sauna two days in a row and it helped speed up the recovery a ton. Go check it out!

    I love mend! This is my second time here. I originally came with some friends as part of a birthday celebration, liked it so much I just had to come back! Today I did the whole body cryo and the half hour facial! Both are amazing! With being a dancer/contortionist my whole life my body is in constant pain. After doing cryo I feel superhuman! The facility is clean & everyone I’ve come in contact with here is so friendly and welcoming! If you live in the area I highly recommend coming here!
